Our most recent roof repair project for 2010 involved the removal of deteriorated fibercement roof covering (about 15 years old) which was replaced with our #1 Turada Wallaba longer-lasting hard wood shingles. This project took approximately 3 weeks and covered an area of  7,200 sq ft. Only particular areas were done and our work teams had to work around high guest occupancy at the resort. Needless to say work was completed on time and guests were remained unperturbed as proper systems were put in place to prevent any blowback to guests below. Another job well done and happy client! We look forward to our return next year...

Roofing went swiftly and smoothly on this new-roof project. Major roofing began May 4th 2010 and was completed by June 12th 2010 (6 weeks). This roofing project covered 9 highend townhome units totalling over 11,000 sq. ft. For this project we were sub-contracted roofing contractor for the principal responsible for the building of these units. Cooperation and coordination between both resulted in excellent time gains as promised. 

The Bankers could get on with their business of making money while leaving everything about re-roofing to us. Once we were authorised works began and was completed in the stipulated timespan despite the rainy weather. Once this comprehensive re-roofing job was complete the air conditioning could function more effectively as air no longer escaped through the roof and the building was cooler and leak-free for all customers and visitors to the bank. The developers of this prestigous resort have seen it fit to entrust Alexander Builders with all major roofing on this project. The model villa was roofed in 2007 and major roofing began February 2008 and was completed in 2009. This roofing project consists of both wood roofing and concrete tiles. Over 85,000 square feet of roofing was completed in addition to installation of siding and beadboards to all villas.

Alexander Builders was contracted to roof the property in 2004 just before Hurricane Ivan arrived. There has been no problems with the roofs subsequently even with the recent passing of Hurricane Dean in 2007.
